Solicited by a private organisation working in the treatment and distribution of water in the region, we have identified and qualified a specific financial expertise to complete the client’s system, and supported the transformation project around its credit management and its customer relationship.

Transformation within a public company
In support of Project Ownership, we supported a public company with nearly 1,000 employees, for the renewal of the establishment’s accounting and financial information system. This project was led during a strategic transformation program initiated by the presidency.
